Mr. Rosario Cefalo
Founder
Rosario Cefalo, an italian investor and philanthropist, was born in Naples in 1977.
In 2002, after graduating in law at University of Naples "FEDERICO II" and continuing his brilliant legal studies, as well as in the following years after his commitments in local italian Institutions, he began travelling between Naples, Geneva and London to deepen his interest in investments in innovative finance.
In 2015 he is directly involved in the development of investment relations between Italy and Qatar, supporting the global line of cultural openness towards Countries of the West carried on in the Arab world by the Royal family of Qatar.
In 2018 he founded in London company U.K. ZEFIRO Ltd., which has the main purpose of investing in the global market to create value for its members and international Community by supporting dialogue and shared integration between economic systems of different geographical areas and cultures, in compliance with environment and health of the citizens of the world.
